MAC COURSES
Welcome to our Multiple Award Contract (MAC) course series, a focused collection of past offerings designed to help government contractors compete and win on large-scale contract vehicles. Developed in partnership with BAFO Services, these courses go beyond compliance to address the business development realities of MACs, including positioning for on-ramps and recompetes, interpreting scorecards and evaluation criteria, shaping teaming strategies, and aligning pipeline and capture plans to vehicle-driven buying behavior. Each session delivers practical, BD-driven guidance that blends capture strategy with proposal and compliance insight, helping teams maximize MAC access, convert vehicle placement into real task order wins, and sustain long-term growth across federal agencies.

OASIS+ New Scorecards Released: How to Proactively Prepare for RFP Release
This course covered how to interpret the newly released OASIS+ scorecards and what they mean for the upcoming RFP. Participants learned how to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and align business development, teaming, and proposal strategies under tight timelines. The session also provided practical guidance on preparing internal teams and positioning for success as OASIS+ moves toward award and task order execution.

OASIS+ RFP Released: How to Evaluate, Position, and Decide to Bid
This course covered how to evaluate the released OASIS+ RFP, identify scoring and compliance risks, and decide whether to bid as a prime or support as a subcontractor. What in the final RFP warrants pushback to GSA, how to submit effective and defensible feedback, lessons learned from prior OASIS+ proposals, and how OASIS+ fits into your long-term BD and growth strategy in a no-competition environment.
